Understanding how to cancel your StreamPrime subscription and our no-refund policy:

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your StreamPrime account
  2. Go to "Subscription & Billing" under Account Settings
  3. Click "Cancel subscription"
  4. Read the important cancellation notice
  5. Click "I Understand - Cancel My Subscription"
  6. Confirm your decision

Important: When you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to premium content immediately. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.

Cancellation Effects

  • Immediate loss of access to premium content
  • No refund for unused subscription time
  • Your account data and watch history remain saved
  • Can reactivate at any time with a new subscription

No-Refund Policy

StreamPrime operates on a strict no-refund policy:

  • No refunds for cancelled subscriptions
  • No refunds for partial or unused subscription periods
  • No refunds for any subscription payments
  • No refunds even if you did not use the service

Note: Once a payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable. Please consider this before making any subscription payments.

Subscription Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate after cancellation:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to "Subscription & Billing"
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Complete payment to restore access

Your new subscription will start immediately upon reactivation with a new billing cycle.
