About Content Requests

StreamPrime's content request system allows users to suggest new movies, TV shows, and other content they would like to see added to our platform. This guide explains how to submit requests and track their status.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Membership Required: Only registered members can submit content requests
  • Valid Content: Requests must be for legitimate, released content
  • Complete Information: Provide accurate details about the requested content

How to Submit a Request

  1. Navigate to the Request section in your account dashboard
  2. Click the "New Request" button
  3. Fill out the request form with:
    • Content title (required)
    • Type (movie, TV show, etc.)
    • Year of release
    • Additional details (optional)
  4. Submit your request

Request Guidelines

Acceptable Content Types

  • Movies (theatrical releases)
  • TV Series
  • Documentaries
  • Special Events

Content Requirements

  • Must be officially released content
  • Cannot be adult or explicit content
  • Must have proper licensing available
  • Should be complete seasons for TV shows

Request Processing

Review Process

  • Requests are reviewed within 24 hours
  • Multiple similar requests are consolidated
  • Priority given to frequently requested content
  • Licensing availability is verified

Request Status Updates

Your request will be marked with one of the following statuses:

  • Pending: Under initial review
  • Under Consideration: Being evaluated for addition
  • Approved: Content will be added
  • Declined: Cannot be added (with reason)
  • Added: Content is now available

Best Practices

  • Search the platform before requesting to avoid duplicates
  • Provide as much accurate information as possible
  • Check your request status regularly for updates
  • Be patient as licensing and adding content takes time

Note: StreamPrime actively works to expand our content library. While we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled, we carefully consider each submission.
