Getting started with StreamPrime is simple. You can create your account using our standard email registration process. Our platform is designed to be user-friendly while maintaining robust security standards to protect your information.

Standard Registration

To create your account:

  1. Click the "Register" button in the top navigation
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Create a secure password
  4. Verify your email address
  5. Complete your profile information

Note: Social login features for Google and Facebook will be available soon, making it even easier to join StreamPrime.

Student Verification

StreamPrime offers special pricing for verified students in select African countries. Our student verification process ensures that educational benefits reach eligible students in supported regions.

Note: The student verification feature is currently only available in select African countries. Please check your university's eligibility during registration.

If you're in an eligible country, to register as a student:

  1. Select "Student Register" during sign-up
  2. Choose your country of study
  3. Select your university from our list of supported institutions
  4. Upload a clear photo of your valid student ID
  5. Wait for verification (usually within 24-48 hours)

Subscription Plans

StreamPrime offers flexible subscription options for every viewing need:

Short-Term Plans

  • Free Trial (24hrs): Risk-free access to unlimited movies, TV shows, live sports, and radio on one device
  • Day Pass ($5): 24-hour access with 720p streaming, free radio, and content requests on 1 device
  • Week Pass ($10): 7 days of Full HD content, live sports, free radio, and content requests on 1 device

Standard Plans

  • Month Pass ($15): 30 days of 4K streaming with Airbnb integration, rare live sports access on 1 device
  • Annual Pass ($150): Full year of 4K streaming on 2 devices with yearly perks and premium features

Special Plans

  • Student Plan ($10/month): Special educational discount with 4K streaming and premium features
  • Family Month ($50): Share with 5 devices, 1080p & 4K quality, perfect for families and students
  • Family Annual ($500): Year-long family access on 5 devices with significant savings

Business Solutions

  • Enterprise Month ($200): 100 devices, 1080p & 4K quality, perfect for businesses with global access
  • Enterprise Annual ($2000): Year-long enterprise access for 100 devices with special business perks

Note: All plans include access to movies, shows, live TV, sports, and radio. Higher-tier plans offer additional features like multi-device support and 4K quality.

Our Smart TV interface works directly through your TV's web browser with no downloads required.

  • Internet Connection: 5+ Mbps recommended for HD streaming

  • Web Browsers: Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge

Note: StreamPrime is a streaming-only service that requires an active internet connection. Download and offline viewing features are not currently available.
