  • Week Pass ($10): 7 days of movies, TV, live sports & channels in Full HD on 1 device with free radio and content requests
  • Month Pass ($15): 30 days of 4K streaming with Airbnb integration, rare live sports access, and StreamPrime-exclusive content on 1 device
  • Annual Pass ($150): 12-month access with 4K streaming on 2 devices, yearly perks, and all premium features
  • Family Month ($50): Share with up to 5 devices, 4K streaming quality, perfect for families and students
  • Family Annual ($500): Year-long family access on 5 devices with significant savings, 4K quality, and all premium features
  • Student Plan ($10/month): Special educational discount with 4K streaming and premium features
  • Enterprise Monthly ($200): Perfect for businesses - supports 100 devices with 4K quality and global access
  • Enterprise Annual ($2000): Full year of enterprise access for 100 devices with special business perks

IntaSend Payment Options

Note: Available payment methods vary by region. You'll see eligible payment options during checkout based on your location. Stripe is the primary payment processor for customers in Europe, USA, and Canada.

Managing Your Subscription

How to Start a Subscription

  1. Log in to your StreamPrime account
  2. Go to Subscription in the main menu
  3. Select your preferred plan from the available options
  4. Enter your billing details (address, city, country, zip code)
  5. Choose your payment method (IntaSend, Korapay, or Stripe)
  6. Review and confirm your subscription purchase

Note: New subscribers may be eligible for a 24-hour free trial to experience our service.

Managing Active Subscriptions

Your subscription management options:

  • View your active subscription details in the Billing section
  • Monitor your subscription status and next payment date
  • Track your payment history and previous transactions
  • Manage active sessions and device access

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to the Billing section
  2. Locate the subscription management area
  3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  4. Confirm your cancellation decision

Note: After cancellation, you will not have access to premium content completely. StreamPrime does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

Billing Cycles and Renewals

Important information about your subscription billing:

  • All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing period (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually)
  • You'll receive renewal reminder emails before your subscription expires
  • Payment processing occurs on your plan's renewal date
  • Multiple payment retry attempts are made for failed transactions
  • You can view your next billing date in your account dashboard

Payment Security

  • Secure payment processing through authorized payment gateways
  • End-to-end encryption for all payment transactions
  • No storage of complete payment card information
