Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a student account, you must:

  • Be actively enrolled in a recognized university or college
  • Have a valid student ID or current enrollment documentation
  • Be studying in an eligible African country
  • Provide valid institutional email (where available)
  • Complete identity verification process

Student Verification Process

Step 1: Registration

  1. Visit StreamPrime and click "Register" in the top navigation
  2. Select "Student Registration" option
  3. Fill in your personal details:
    • Full name
    • Username
    • Email address
    • Secure password
  4. Select your country from the dropdown list
  5. Choose your university/college from the available institutions

Note: University list is automatically filtered based on your selected country. If your institution is not listed, contact support for assistance.

Step 2: Document Upload

Required Documentation:

  • Student ID: Upload a clear photo or scan of your current student ID card

Tip: Document Requirements:

  • File format: JPG or PNG only
  • Maximum file size: 2MB
  • Must be clear and readable
  • Should show your name, institution, and validity period

Step 3: Verification

  • Verification typically completed within 24-48 hours
  • You'll receive email notifications about your verification status
  • Student pricing is applied automatically upon approval
  • Access your account dashboard to check verification status

Note: You can start using your account immediately after registration, but student pricing will only apply after successful verification.
