Simultaneous Streaming
Streaming Limits by Plan
- Day Pass: 1 device streaming at a time, no device switching within 24 hours
- Week Pass: 1 device with ability to switch every 6 hours
- Month Pass: 1 device with ability to switch every 4 hours
- Annual Pass: 2 devices simultaneously with unlimited switching
- Family Month: 5 devices simultaneously with parental controls
- Family Annual: 5 devices with advanced profile management
- Student Plan: 1 device with dormitory network optimization
- Enterprise Monthly: 100 devices with admin dashboard
- Enterprise Annual: 100 devices with usage analytics
Note: When the device limit is exceeded, StreamPrime will display a warning and automatically disconnect devices based on inactivity time or manual selection.
Device Management
Managing Connected Devices
- Access Device Management from the account dropdown menu
- Click "Active Devices" to see current streaming sessions
- Use "Device History" to track past connections
- Click the "X" icon to instantly disconnect any device
- Enable "Remember This Device" for trusted devices
- Set up family profiles (Family/Enterprise plans only)
Device Authentication
- First-time device login requires email verification code
- Trusted devices maintain authentication for 60 days
- Device limit varies by plan: 3 for basic plans, 7 for Family plans, 150 for Enterprise
- Automatic device removal after 90 days of inactivity
- IP-based location tracking for security
