Web Browser Installation

StreamPrime is accessible directly through your web browser without requiring any installation. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Open your preferred web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari)
  2. Visit https://www.streamprime.co.uk
  3. Click the "Sign Up" button to create a new account or "Login" if you already have one
  4. Choose your subscription plan
  5. Complete the payment process
  6. Start streaming your favorite content!

For the best streaming experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge with hardware acceleration enabled.

Mobile App Installation

Android Installation

  1. Visit https://www.streamprime.co.uk/install on your Android device
  2. Click the "Download Android App" button to get the latest .apk file
  3. When prompted, allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings
  4. Open the downloaded .apk file to start installation
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation
  6. Open the app and sign in with your StreamPrime account

The StreamPrime Android app is distributed directly through our website instead of the Google Play Store. This allows us to provide advanced features and better streaming quality. The app is regularly scanned and verified for security.

iOS (Web App)

Due to Apple's App Store restrictions, StreamPrime is available as a web app for iOS devices:

  1. Open Safari on your iOS device
  2. Visit https://www.streamprime.co.uk
  3. Tap the share icon (⬆️) at the bottom of Safari
  4. Select "Add to Home Screen"
  5. Name it "StreamPrime" and tap "Add"
  6. The web app will appear on your home screen for quick access

Smart TV Access

StreamPrime offers a dedicated Smart TV interface optimized for big screens and remote control navigation:

Accessing Smart TV Interface

  1. Open your Smart TV's web browser
  2. Navigate to: https://www.streamprime.co.uk/smart-tv
  3. The interface will automatically optimize for your TV
  4. Use your TV remote's arrow keys and select/enter button to navigate
  5. Sign in with your StreamPrime account to access content

Supported Smart TV Models:
• Samsung Smart TVs (2018 or newer) with Tizen OS
• LG Smart TVs with webOS 3.0 or higher
• Sony BRAVIA TVs (2018 or newer)
• Other Smart TVs with modern web browsers

Make sure your smart TV meets the minimum system requirements and is connected to a stable internet connection before installation.

Troubleshooting Installation Issues

  • App Not Found: Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements and is in a supported region.
  • Installation Errors: Clear cache and data from your device's app store, then try again.
  • Smart TV Compatibility: Verify your TV model is from 2018 or newer and runs a supported operating system.
  • Storage Issues: Ensure you have at least 50MB of free space for the app installation.
