The story begins with the young girl living a secluded life due to her physical disability, feeling sadness and isolation from those around her. One day, her mother presents her with a special gift, a small dog with a disability in one of its legs. Initially, the girl is hesitant and unsure of her ability to care for the dog, but soon a special bond forms between them.
