Atsushi Imaruoka (伊丸岡 篤, Imaruoka Atsushi, born May 23, 1972) is a Japanese voice actor from Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture. He is affiliated with Mausu Promotion. He speaks the Joshu dialect. His hobbies and special skill is boxing. In 2001, he entered the Mausu Promotion Actor Training School and in 2003 he joined the agency. Before becoming a voice actor, he was a professional boxer affiliated with Kyoei Boxing Gym. When he graduated from high school, he moved to Tokyo with the goal of becoming an actor. He then started going to a gym because he believed that an actor should also train his body. At first it was just to exercise, but later he became interested in getting a professional license. He debuted at the age of 24 and was active as a professional boxer for 3 years.
