The story of Antonio, an Italian clarinetist, and Martina, a Czech violinist, who fall in love with each other during the World War II, in Prague.
The new owner Štěpán (Jakub Prachař) arrives at the castle at the foot of the Krkonoš Mountains with his fiancée, the beautiful countess Blanka (Dominika Morávková), and his younger brother Adam (Jan Nedbal). There is another new visitor in the mountain town, the ethnographer Jiráček (Ondřej Sokol), who collects local legends and is amazed that the local people still believe in Krakonoš. Štěpán's carriage knocks down a passing girl, whom Adam helps and she falls in love with him. Will Liduška's (Leona Skleničková) love for Adam come true? This romantic comedy maps out the lives of former classmates who, despite their high school days being long past, still regularly meet up. Their stories and lives are different, packed with diverse joys, woes and secrets – secrets that often lead to agitated or humorous moments. Even though each of our characters will soon celebrate their fortieth birthday, they find themselves at diverse stages of life. As we are introduced to them, Christmas is just around the corner, and so is the beginning of a new year, a year which will see their stories become intertwined more than ever before.
Dominica was born on July 4, 1990, in Banovce nad Bebravou. She has an older brother who does not live in Slovakia. Her father was a stuntman, but he also performed acting in the amateur theatre. The genes for artistic creation originate from its old father, who played the clarinet, the goose and the saxophone. He was also a teacher. Father's affection for acting, though only in amateur form, directed Dominica to a dramatic ring at an early age. Later, she studied at a private conservatory in Nitra, where she had the opportunity to get acquainted with the stage at Andrej Bagar Theater. She subsequently studied acting at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. Her career began with acting at the theatre in Partizánske. Thanks to her education and talent, she got involved in the Astorka Korzo '90 theatre in Bratislava. She was fascinated by the character traits of every character she had to create. Her versatility is also reflected in the musical and singing talent, as evidenced by her membership in the pop group called 'S hudbou vesmírnou'. Here she also applies her love for saxophone play. The music industry or the singer's position she does not take seriously, on the contrary, this role is fun for her. Since 2010, she has been a vegetarian. She recognizes a healthy lifestyle in the form of exercise and natural products. Her relaxation is a long walk. Her daughter Amálka was born in 2016.
