This event consists of a unique ruleset compared to a traditional pro wrestling event, in that every match must end in either a knockout or submission. The traditional wrestling ring is replaced by a ring canvas with no ropes or turnbuckles.

NXT’s Charlie Dempsey will return for his second Bloodsport outing as he takes on Royce Isaacs. He is the current two-time IWS World Heavyweight Champion and former two-time KO-D Tag Team Champion. Bailey was also the winner of CZW's 2015 Best of the Best, DDT's 2016 DNA Grand Prix and RevPro's 2021 British J Cup tournaments.
