The limited edition Blu-ray features the full live performance from SCANDAL TOUR 2024 "LUMINOUS" at Zepp Haneda, including all 20 songs, from the main set to the encore. With the album "MIRROR" announced in January 2022, the band's second world tour, including Japan, North America, and Europe, was held from March to September 2022.
