Set during the Joseon Dynasty, the story of the meeting between the young widow Jung Soon-deok and young widower Shim Jung-woo as well as the struggle the two go through together to marry off the four young maidens who represent Joseon.
Sorin an aspiring idol whose dreams were dashed after a traffic accident. She works at COA Entertainment, global star Luice’ management company. Due to a scandal, Luice’s career goes up in smoke and commiserates with Sorin where they then fall for each other. Meanwhile, Sorin’s best friend Siwoo realises his own dream of becoming a K-pop idol and debuts as a member of a boy group under the same management company.
Kim Young Kyun, better known by his stage name Hwiyoung, is in the trainee boy dance group FNC NEO School / NEOZ. He debuted in 2016 as the rapper and dancer of the boy group SF9 (Sensational Feeling 9).
