Ilya Vyacheslav Kulikov (Russian: Илья́ Вячесла́вович Кулико́в; born August 7, 1981; Moscow) is a Russian film showrunner, director, screenwriter and producer. Founder and general producer of the TV company "LEGIO FELIX". He is best known as the creator and author of the TV series "Policeman from Rublevka", "Chernobyl. Exclusion Zone", "Law of the Stone Jungle", "O.K.O. Agency", "Mylodrama", "Dyatlov Pass". Today, he is one of the most in-demand screenwriters in Russia, whose projects always collect high rates of audience share.
