The trumpeter Torben and the saxophonist Peter are thrown out on the street from one day to the next by their band leader. Where can they find accommodation now? Torben and Peter decide to put all their eggs in one basket: They fly to Mallorca and want to become pop stars in El Arenal. However, several obstacles stand in their way, not least competitive thinking, song theft, holiday affairs and Torben's suspicious wife Ilona, who has stayed in Hamburg for the time being.

A world collapses not only for the daughter, who suddenly no longer knows where she belongs, but also for two families at the same time a lot changes and an emotional roller coaster ride begins with an uncertain outcome.
