The story takes place at Shido Academy, a boarding school for boys, and centers on Hayama Takumi, a lonely and shy boy who suffers from an extreme phobia of human contact and can't stand being touched by others. During his second year of study, Takumi has to share his room with Saki "Gui" Giichi. Gui was raised overseas and is the school idol due to his outstanding academic performance and good looks. One day, Gui confesses to Takumi that he has been in love with him for some time. This truth unsettles Takumi, but however, he comes to realize the true sensitivity of Gui's personality.
Narasaki always wished he had a quiet space to study in, so it should be a blessing in disguise that he gets to help at the library reception desk. However, he was suddenly selected to supervise Terashima, a student with bad behavior who is famous on campus. At first, the two did not talk, but in the library, where only the sound of turning pages resonates, Narasaki gradually begins to take an interest in Terashima, who has a mysterious personality.

The aristocrat, who calls himself "Count Dracula," has an eerie aura about him, but also a mysterious charm that captures people's hearts. However, Harker soon learns that Count Dracula is actually a terrifying immortal vampire. After discovering the Count's true purpose, he and his friends rise up to stop it.
