Biography

Shivani Narayanan is an Indian actress predominantly working in Tamil films and television. Narayanan debuted in the television industry with Pagal Nilavu (2016) on Vijay TV as Sneha. She went on to work in several other television shows, like Saravanan Meenatchi (2011), where she had a guest appearance. Narayanan then participated in the dance reality show Jodi Number One Fun Unlimited (2018), where she was the third runner-up. She also appeared in the Tamil series Raja Rani Season 1 (2019) on Star Vijay. She then worked as Meenakshi in Kadaikutty Singam (2019). From 2019 to 2020, Narayanan worked in the Tamil soap opera Rettai Roja (2019) on Zee Tamil as Anuradha. She also appeared as a guest on the Zee Tamil Kudumbam Viruthugal Prelude in 2019. In 2020, she participated in the fourth season of the reality show Bigg Boss Tamil (2017) and was evicted on day 98. In 2021, she appeared in the fourth season of Bigg Boss Kondattam as a guest and in the first season of BB Jodigal as a contestant. Besides TV shows, she has also featured in movies like Dsp (2022) and Naai Sekar Returns (2022). She also had cameo appearances in Vikram (2022) and Veetla Vishesham (2022). Narayanan won the Best Debut Female Award at the 3rd Annual Vijay Television Awards in 2017. In 2018, she won the Best and Favourite Budding Pair award with Mohammed Azeem and Favourite Find of the Year at the 4th Annual Vijay Television Awards. In 2019, she bagged the Most Promising Actress category at Zee Kudumba Virudhugal.
