Shoji Akiyoshi is a Japanese professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, Jado. He is best known for his work in New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) with his tag team partner, Gedo. His career has largely paralleled Gedo's, except for brief periods in Universal Lucha Libre in 1993, and in Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling in 1997, when they were on opposing sides; Jado also didn't tour North America with World Championship Wrestling like Gedo did. Jado is the current head booker of Pro Wrestling Noah and he and Gedo are co-head bookers of NJPW.
