Biography

Credits include Showtime's Shameless, Buzzfeed's Up For Adoption, and the indie feature film Breaking Them Up. As a Broadway love-child, Tess discovered her passion for acting at an early age. She made her feature debut starring in Tim Cruz's Instaland and can currently be seen in recurring roles on Netflix series Unbelievable and Alexa & Katie. As a queer woman of color, Tess pursues to help unheard voices claim their space on stage and on screen. Though she mostly grew up in Paris, France, Tess now resides in Los Angeles, CA where she continues furthering her acting training at The Groundlings and at USC where she is also pursuing a minor in Gender and Social Justice. Coached by Lisa Robertson (2018-2019) and Sara Mornell; Tess has also worked with casting director Melissa Skoff (2015-2018) and has tackled voice over lessons at Kalmenson & Kalmenson. Most recently, she has completed The Groundlings School's Basic level improv training as part of their conservatory track (2019).
