A special concert will be held to bring out the charm of Kanato Tsukishiro, the top star of Tsukigumi, who has overwhelming expressiveness and singing ability. Jonas Heinrich, in charge of public relations in the National People’s Army of East Germany, is appointed as the organizer of a concert featuring West German pop star Nadia Schneider. Helmut Wolff, a former classmate of Jonas from university and a member of the secret police, is tasked with monitoring the two of them.
