Sam-yuen is instructed to investigate Sha-doi’s case. Chu-dik, Yee-ling and team members eagerly come to On-na’s defense. But witness statements are not in On-na’s favor. Sam-yuen is also certain that Hon-sam is biased. Tat-wah tells Chin-chiu Sha-doi had incriminating evidence against Shun-chiu, who was probably the culprit behind the family extermination. Sam-yuen finds out Shun-chiu is also suspected of killing Sha-doi. She tests him and also deduces that the USB drive is taken somewhere. Meanwhile, On-na is eventually proved innocent as team members have managed to find evidence that shows On-na is incapable of committing crime. Tat-wah feels worried as he finds out Yiu-chung has told Dan-gei to oversee some logistics company. Dan-gei senses Tat-wah looks down on him. The duo become foes. Sam-yuen abruptly receives an SOS from her daughter Sha-sha. She is shocked to realize Sha-sha is kidnapped.
