SHING MING agrees to handle a court case for a shameless man and the case is assigned to JAZZ and YAU MAT. However, SHING MING has already bribed the top twenty barristers in town. KA-YING learns about the news from BUT-KOON and she feels that SHING MING has is no longer the same person. LO SO returns the red dress that costs 30 thousand dollars to KA-YING. KA-YING is very worried about her sister and she keeps asking LO SO to give advice. On the other hand, LAW LAN suspects that one of KA-TING's sons is TING-HANG's son and she asks LO SO to carry out investigation. LAI-SA wins the court case of DOR-CHUN's aunt easily. DOR-CHUN accompanies LAI-SA to shopping and he finds his aunt's court case really meaningful. LAI-SA finally decides to keep the baby.
