After serious consideration, CHEONG decides to join the revolution. He and his group follow NGAU back to Ching’s Village, which has been completely destroyed by fire. Thinking that SZE is killed in the fire, KONG feels heartbroken. Poor HIN, who has become a homeless beggar, is mistaken for a thief and sent to prison, where he is locked up with the chief robber.
