So, Dr. Rey has to make some hard judgments about would-be patients--from a litigious wannabe actress with some physical and mental scars to an overweight actor who might be better off hitting the gym before going under the knife. On the bright side, Malibu resident Shifa is looking for a little breast enhancement to enhance her self-image. Will the doc answer the call?
