KIT comes to know that all the expenses, including rents and services charge, of CHOR is paid by SHAN; KIT is strange to know that CHOR does not leave the room of the guesthouse. KIT therefore uses tricks to force SHAN to speak out the truth, but he fails. In mid night, CHOR leaves the guesthouse stealthily. Next day, three men come to the guesthouse to look for CHOR for the debt she owes. TUNG, a staff in the guesthouse, has flu for several days and is eventually sent to hospital. CHEUNG suspects that TUNG has contracted the ‘legionnaire’s disease’ in the guesthouse; MAN then shows signs of anxiety, to which CHEUNG cannot hold his temper but scolds her.
