HENG is the acting Managing Director. Both HONG and SUM believe that BEN is the scapegoat. However, there is no substantial evidence to support their belief. LUN proposes BEN to turn to a witness. BEN prefers to put in jail together with FU rather than accused FU. NAM begs BO to persuade BEN change his mind. NAM sees BEN and persuades BEN that the only way to help FU is becoming a witness. BEN refuses NAM. JACK proposes BEN to sacrifice NAM and tells BEN his plan. BEN agrees. LUN helps BEN to apply for an exemption from prosecution. However, BEN gives different testimonies at court. LUN is shocked. All are very surprised. NAM is very heart-broken to see BEN betraying her. FU also gives different testimonies. She even unveils her relationship with TO and discloses that she loves BEN deeply. LUN and JACK speak for and against the offender respectively at court. FU is very nervous.
