The famous burglar, LUNG, follows his master, FU to earn a living by burglary in order to foster his sister, FUNG. However, LUNG is too kind and always gives up his stealing plan. He thus makes FU in great debt. LUNG makes use an assumed name, CHUNG, to communicate with a pen pal, DAN. LUNG always tells his hearty word to DAN through his letter. FUNG decides to give up her plan of studying abroad for LUNG’s sake. LUNG opposes her decision when he learnt about it. LUNG promises FU to complete a difficult task for FUNG’s sake. RICK likes DAN. However, DAN is sick of his evil deeds and refuses him. RICK tempts a newly joined detective, FANG, to join him but is in vain. RICK then treats him badly. FANG suffers terribly.
