Old Chow sends a television to Cadre Tsui Yat Tung in order to bribe him to improve the quality of workers. Yat Tung is reluctant to accept the bribe, however, his daughter Tsui Lo does not allow him to move the television as she is born with vanity. Yat Tung has no alternative but to accept the television set. Tsui Lo has a boy friend Kong Kwan Loy and their love relation is harmonious as it started when they were children. Tsui Lo is an active girl, so she always plays tricks on Kwan Loy because he is conservative. Old Chow has a lot of orders. With the approval of the Council of Foreign Trade, he forces the workers to work over time.
