NGO-TIN exposes the casino dealer's fraudulent scheme of siphoning money off the tables, which makes KAM-TONG so happy that he decides to promote NGO-TIN. Having returned to the Chinese Sector to visit MEI-KAM and HOK-YIU, NGO-TIN gets to know that KAI-WAH is still mad at him for having left them. A friend of the French Consulate, Father TONG, is planning on a missionary trip to Tianjin, but is kidnapped by some masked criminals.
