CHUNG cannot accept the great shock and she collapses. She is sent to the hospital and MING takes good care of her. CHUNG finally realizes that MING has been there for her all the time. CHUNG learns that HEI is sent to the hospital because of injury. HEI asks CHUNG to help repay the debt in England. CHUNG gives him a cheque and asks him to start anew. MING and CHUNG finally become lovers. CHING and HEI MAN meet YI while dating with each other. YI is depressed. In order to maintain his relationship with the family, MAN asks SHU KEI out and reveals to her that they are only friends. However, SHU KEI expresses that MAN should stay with her instead.
