FUNG drops a hint that he would let FAT join the Board of Directors but it is KIT who ends up being the new member. Thinking that he has been tricked, FAT decides to side with CHI against FUNG. The travel agency run by FAT is a close business partner of Royal Court Hotel. To seek revenge, FAT proposes to terminate the partnership agreement with the hotel. FUNG offers FAT better terms and conditions hoping that this will change his mind. FAT finally accepts the offer for the sake of money. FUNG encourages WAN to pursue a legal claim against the WONGS, for which KIT is so grateful. FUNG has invited TING’s right-hand man KUEN to be KIT’s assistant.
