YIU claims that he has not embezzled the money and has been discriminated against for this reason. YIU assures CHI that he will try his very best to get them a license and that he will be offering his resignation if he fails. The security guards have lost their confidence in CHI who has owed them wages. They learn from PANG that a lot of valuable treasures have been hidden in Wui Yau. They believe what PANG says and are all desperate to dig the treasures out. A senior security guard turns to PING for help, and CHI, upon his return, gives the staff a terrible telling-off. CHI tells them about the financial circumstances of Wui Yau and explains why they have to seek a change, in the hope that they will understand the situation.
