KUEI orders WA to carry out massacre in a village to keep their corrupted behaviour secret. However those who can survive go to accuse them in the capital. YEE helps them but they are regarded as rebellious. YEE is angry and decides to quit. KUEI hides his money in a deserted temple. It attracts some Treasury Birds and thus YEE knows it. Luckily KUEI uses tricks to shirk the accusation. YEE gets his job back and escorts KAU to visit the refugees. KAU is discontented as YEE is welcome. Therefore he does not want YUNG to marry YEE. WA is shocked to know that YUNG wants to marry YEE.
