HIN returns and everybody is shocked. YUE announces that the Hainan project will be taken in charge by KEUNG but HIN reveals that he has already agreed with CHOI that he will take full charge of the project. SHEUNG suggests that HIN and KEUNG could compete with each other. In order to hide away from KEUNG, YEE moves away and KEUNG is sad. CHING’s condition is worsen suddenly. CHUN asks KEUNG to go to the hospital immediately but KEUNG concentrates fully on his Hainan proposal. YEE is very nervous and she prays for CHING endlessly in front of HA’s grave. CHING’s operation turns out to be a success and CHING wakes up eventually. YEE decides to give up KEUNG for CHING. YIP finds that KIU is buying baby stuffs on the street and he suspects that KIU has got his baby. KUEN comes to ask for money from HIN but HIN asks somebody to beat her. KUEN meets CHUN and YIN.
