Master SHUM from one of the four big firms bribes WONG MEI-LIN to make a dinner appointment with CHUN-BONG and YIU-CHO, who are both military rulers. Master SHUM raises the issue that a new shipping line should be extended since the current one has been monopolized by the TONG’s family. As soon as she learns about it, NGA-WUN is eager to work out a countermeasure, however, none of the top ranking government officials attends the meeting with her.
