Chief cop NIN MAU LAM brings them back to court. Judge YEUNG KOO realizes that SING and CHING are appointed by the emperor and treats the case cautiously. KOO later finds that it was only a misunderstanding and releases them. Local tyrant CHAU YAT BING is CHING’s cousin. After they have reunited, BING uses CHING’s name to manage human trafficking black market with LAM. SING feels ill after eating unhygienic food and KOO worries that SING will blame him for poor management of the city. SAM understands KOO’s worries and suggests him arrange a banquet for SING so that SING will develop a good impression on Yangzhou.
