TAK tries to catch the tram but fails. KUI tells her not to be oversensitive. TAK’s boyfriend has another girl. She is so angry that she takes to smashing bricks. Police officer HO YING-BIU catches her. She has no choice but to tell him her story. BIU is so nice as to gives her some words of consolation. KUI’s aunt, KAY HO-YAN, used to go out with CHEONG but she dumped him in the end. KUI’s father, KAY HO-YEE, still cannot get over this after all these years. YAN, who left home 18 years ago, appears suddenly. YEE is very pleased though he does not show it. CHEONG is called on to check out about WONG CHUN-FUNG, the boyfriend of HO LAI-SHUN’s daughter, HO LAI-CHING.
