When Niranjan asks Afzal how he got affected by this unknown virus, Afzal tells him the weird story of a village named Patalia. Every single person of that village is addicted to ‘Powder’, a chemical substance. For this reason, none of them is normal, mentally or physically. For example, their tongues turned to dark black.
