Can a cherry blossom season garbage cleanup fund new cherry trees across Japan?

Comedian Akatsu, known for his garbage-collecting activities, heads north along with the cherry blossom front, picking up trash as he goes. Over about a month of cleanup, will he be able to raise enough from recycling to fund the planting of cherry trees by the time he reaches Wakkanai, the famous cherry blossom spot at the northernmost tip of mainland Japan?
