With the special allowance approved by TAK, TIN can finally bring his family back to Hong Kong. SONG asks TIN to terminate his plan but TIN refuses. All TIN can do is to arrange a meeting between SONG and LUNG so that SONG can talk to LUNG directly. During an internal meeting with the Wu Shi management, TIN shows a couple of photos of SONG and LUNG, making others believe that SONG is the one who has betrayed Wu Shi. SONG is dismissed and the urban renewal projects are put on hold. SUM and KIU who have borrowed from a loan shark to support the purchase of properties have dragged themselves into heavy debts. MIU offers to repay the debts for her brother and sister-in-law. SONG asks to meet with TIN, during which he urges TIN to stop his plot against Wu Shi and threatens to disclose the evidence of his wrongdoing if he refuses.
