YAU TAT passes the examinations but WAI-WAN reacts coldly for she is worrying about LEI-AH. YAU TAT tries to attract LEI-AH to practice cycling by offering her two thousand dollars. He brings her to the cycling venue and introduces her to YEUNG KWONG. HOI-LUNG decides to open a restaurant in China but he doesn't have enough money. FAI-TING promises to raise money for him but HOI-LUNG says that he will handle it by himself. YEUNG YAT invites FAI-TING to meet up. He wants to lend money to HOI-LUNG by passing it to FAI-TING. YEUNG YAT reveals that he knows what is happening between him and YEUNG KWONG. He encourages FAI-TING to try his best. YAU TAT misunderstands LEI-AH. LEI-AH is upset that YAU TAT and her mother are both following her. YEUNG KWONG comments that WAI-WAN is too strict to LEI-AH.
