WEI brings TAN to a banquet. They meets LING and find that she is the Rubber Queen. They affirm that she is one of their major target. They start to take action. TAN disguises himself to be a disappointed young man, who is in need of money and sick. He wants to gain her trust. He wants her to procure money for him. WEI pretends to be a doctor.
