He stays outside the shop to wait for the one who sold the painting to the shop. During his stay, YEE learns from the villagers that many brides have disappeared after passing by the Red River Valley. They believe that the monster of the mountain has seized the brides away. The daughter of the village head is getting married. YEE follows the bridal sedan chair team all the way to the Red River Valley. Suddenly, a wisp of white smoke appears and the bride disappears. Bat Au-yeung urges YEUK YEE to kill YEE as soon as possible. He also claims that he has got a spy in the Good Way. YEE discovers that the one who sold the painting is MAN SIU SHAN, LOI’s stepson.
