The kidnappers extorts one billion dollars from both the KAM and MAO families. The MAO's family members all claim that they are very poor except CHI. SUN is sore to see that they are so cruel. KAO swears that she must save WAI. LIN and YUK then know that KAO has recovered. SUN sells his flat for WAI and DOT's sake. LIN thanks him a lot. KAN is appointed to send the money to the spot assigned by the kidnappers. However, KAN seizes the money instead. Though DOT and WAI are in a very dangerous position, their relation has improved. The kidnappers want to kill WAI and DOT. SUN finds the spot with the voice of the cassette tape as the clue. WAN and SUN go search them separately. SUN eventually finds them but he is being caught instead. He takes the chance to electrocute the kidnappers and brings WAI and DOT away. However, SUN is being shot down by the kidnappers.
