LAI-KING discovers that there is a vacancy in the investment department so she applies for it immediately in order to work with HOI SING. HOI SING starts working as an investment manager and his supervisor MICHAEL treats him really well. LAM-TAI feels a little unhappy about it. After checking through the files, HOI SING starts a discussion with LAM-TAI. LAM-TAI says that MICHAEL’s investment style is too conservative. After the meeting, LAM-TAI takes away HOI SING and HOI LEUNG’s glasses secretly. MEI-SZ passes the exams and she invites HOI SING and LAM-TAI to attend her graduation party. MEI-SZ is seriously injured in a traffic accident and the doctor says that she may not be able to walk again. MING-CHU collapses upon hearing it. LAM-TAI receives the DNA reports of HOI SING and HOI LEUNG eventually. He then makes up his mind.
