FOON-HEI always visits the foot spa for a rest. SIU-KA discovers that he suddenly leaves hurriedly after receiving a mysterious phone call. SIU-KA follows him and discovers that he has entered a 7-seater van. FOON-HEI is forced to speed up the land resumption project. Together with his subordinates, he urges the villagers to return the land but he hesitates after seeing the children there.
