Not wanting to leave Cho-Kwan behind, Kin changes his mind and decides to stay in Hong Kong. Though happy with the news, Cho-Kwan thinks Kin may be making a rash decision and she hesitates to see him. To show his sincerity, Kin suggests finding a site to start the "Kwan-Kin Restaurant" with Cho-Kwan. The idea is readily welcomed by Cho-Kwan. Chi-Man is helping to promote "Kwan-Kin" by living business cards in the office. Hoping to resolve the conflict between the two brothers, Mei-Yan asks Chi-Man to send flowers on Hong's behalf and urges Hong to go and congratulate his brother. Hong, however, refuses to go to see Kin. In the press conference to announce the development of a resort area by Ngai's, Ngai-Kwai is greatly embarrassed when reporters ask him about the company's involvement in illegal transactions. Fortunately, Cho-Kwan is there to help and mediate. Kin meets again his friend he knows in prison, Lau Chung Ching……
