HUNG SIN fails to cook the dishes like KAI-FONG and he is very upset. LAU TSAP tries to check out the fast food shop. He finds the table untidy and he tries to tidy up the place but he hurts his lower back. On the other hand, LEI-KO also hurts his waist by bumping into the dining car. The two brothers meet each other at the clinic and they fight with each other. The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department receives a complaint that there are cockroaches at the fast food shop and PAK-YIP is very nervous. KAM-CHI discovers the cockroach and she tries to catch it with her hand quietly. PAK-YIP calls for a staff meeting. Everybody says that the place is messy because there is no shop manager.
