Mary-Kate and Ashley are off to Moscow in search of The Butterfly Girls, who've mysteriously gone missing in the "Battle of the Girl Bands,"and must outwit the villainous music producer known as CD and his protege Raven to get the Butterflies back out of their cocoons.
