ALEX receives a call from STEVE at 6 o’clock in the morning telling him to go to Shum Shui Po, where he and INDERPAL have recently opened a juice shop. KIN dashes out to the road again to try to get a business but CHING-CHIK stops her. Quoting sources as saying that major developers in town are going to acquire dilapidated premises in To Kwan Wan, CHUN, who is the boss of KIN and CHING-CHIK, requests his agents to try to acquire as many flats in To Kwan Wan as possible. SAM is out of town. ALEX plans to apply for a few days’ leave but LING-CHING hands him an ES project progress form, telling him to speed up the research and develop progress. An old woman is selling her flat at a very low price. CHING-CHIK finds that it is indeed a haunted apartment, but KIN believes it is now or never. AARON is interested in KIN’s investment plan.
